"CORE fitness Bearsden is a fantastic place to train for all levels of fitness. I train 5 days a week with a variety of classes and as it’s only 6 per class it’s more like a PT session. The trainers are excellent and adjust each session to suit personal goals and abilities.

Our fair usage policy will allow up to 2 indoor sessions a day, up to 10 a week. Any online and outdoor sessions are unlimited. This being said, it is not always the case more is more. Ask the team as to what is the best set up for you. We are more than happy to help with your own plan.
Sadly, no private parking but there is a mix of paid, restricted and off street parking around Bearsden cross.
Our membership is available to anyone over the age of 16.
Not at all. Our classes are for all abilities and fitness levels. Small groups mean more time with an instructor. Ideal for total beginners or those getting back to training after a break.
